Laura Capuana, LMT 

Laura was born and raised in the suburb of an Italian island, Sicily. She overcame many obstacles in her quest for the American dream and worked hard to fit in a new world that shaped her identity as a professional. Her family was deeply into sports and thus absorbed the wellness culture and competitive spirit at a young age. Laura has over ten years of massage therapy experience and reached the peak of her career in Switzerland, where she consolidated her previous studies majoring in sports massage and spa treatments. She is certified in hot stone massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and Reflexology from ADAP and is an Erwin Technical College alumnus. Laura understands the importance of massage therapy as it is essential to injury prevention and overall health and wellness. Laura’s treatment style is fluid and calming and incorporates her diverse techniques. She evaluates and actively listens to her patients’ needs and tailors therapeutic sessions for optimal healing.
